Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage Caesar Salad

Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) package al fresco® All Natural Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage sliced into 1/4-inch pieces (2 links)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups romaine lettuce
6 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon low fat Caesar dressing
Directions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage slices and cook until slightly browned.
Toss lettuce, garlic, tomatoes, and dressing in a bowl.
Mix in warm sausage and serve.
Top with shredded parmesan cheese if desired.
