Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning every so often.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove chicken from bag, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes each side, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.

Wow, great post, thank you so much for providing it to us. As usual though, I do have a few question. Do we need the lemon juice or the garlic. Lemon juice is too spice for me. Also, I'm just not an overly big fan of garlic, so I don't want ot use it if I don't need it. Thanks for the great post.

You don't need the lemon juice or garlic alison but they really are great for adding flavor to the recipee and I recommend them. In something like this you'll hardly taste the spicyness of the lemon if at all. Garlic works great in small amounts even a pinch if you don't like it. Great recipee by the way!!!

Lemon juice and garlic are recommended. They all help to add flavor. Other than that this recipee should work great for you and thanks for the post.
