8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (1 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine dressing mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until coated.
Place coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with rice or potatoes, if desired.[/hide]

OOh does this look good. Looks almost as good as kentucky fried chicken. thanks for the post, I really appreciate this. If you have any more advice let us all know. I encourage othe rmember to log on and congragulate you.

Agreed alison, this does look great, and too me looks better than. I really don't have any comments about this so keep the great recipee's up and love the hq posts!

Really looking good. I may not use the ranch because that just sounds weird to me for chicken but really looks like a nice high quality recipee. Thank you for taking the time to post this and keep it up.
