Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 teaspoon chili powder
lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Toss the cucumber slices in a bowl with chili powder, lemon juice, and salt until well mixed. Serve immediately.[/hide]

the crunch in this is the greatest thing with the pinch of taste on it with the lemon citrius taste on it..!!

cucumber is the only thing i can think off with salad..crisp and crunchy..a lil mayo and it should just do fine and lovely
